Welcome!

A Note From The Author

Thank you for choosing to listen to this 365 Day Guided Reflection Journal; Scripture for grief, recovery and joy as you embark on this new phase of healing, choosing to find hope, and recovery amidst your grief. This was originally created as a way for me to get through my own grief, to keep moving, and to be intentional since it's so easy to get stuck in the mud when you're going through grief. I hope this finds you where you are today and will be a blessing for you over the next year.

You will notice, there isn't a calendar or a year, it is just the date. You don't have to wait until Monday or next year...just get started.

Remember, everyone processes grief differently. Your grief is unique to you, so use this guide in the way that best suits your needs.

THE ARMOR OF GOD

Put it on daily. Remember, Satan wants you to stay where you are and finds victory in that. Remember whose you are...a child of God's.
Click here for the Armor of God.

MONTHLY

Each month begins with a new scripture, a place to decide what is on your heart and needs to be turned over to God, and a place to identify goals (even just getting up, having coffee, and putting on the Armor of God).

WEEKLY PREPARATION

Every week, we begin with an inspirational scripture, areas to write how you want to be more intentional, and prayers.

DAILY

A scripture and a prayer are included each day. Write down what is on your heart, what you are grateful for, and ask God to guide your steps.

WEEKLY REFLECTION

Consider where God has shown up in your life, what you are grateful for, and what you are thinking.

MONTHLY REFLECTION

Really take some time to reflect on the notes you made throughout the last month and how God showed up in your life even if it is in just the smallest of details.

NOTES

You will find several pages for notes each month. Use them as you need them to record your changes, challenges, and growth in your relationship with God, family, and friends.

END OF YEAR REFLECTION

On this last note of the year, reflect on how far you have come.
